The Karimpol Group was established in 1991 to undertake real estate development in Europe through operating companies in Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Czech, Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria, as well as a joint venture operation in Bosnia-Herzegovina. All shares in the company are privately held and no external equity sources are used. This independence enables the Karimpol Group to act quickly and efficiently.
In 1991 the initial office was established in Prague, Czech, and the first, albeit small, buildings were completed. Over the years the business grew to become one of the most successful privately held real estate developers, and in 1996 the decision was made to establish an office in Warsaw, Poland. In 2002 the Karimpol Group started an industrial development near Bratislava, while in 2008 a new office was opened in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In addition, the Karimpol Group entered into a joint venture development in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Karimpol Group is, and will remain, a strong player in the CEE and SEE regions and will continue to create commercial buildings for the benefit of all.
